I instigated the work from home Wednesdays for my team. Hahahahhaha :) Productivity and happiness both went up since the deployment of this last week.
Just want to put that out there and remind myself that I do rock at times, and not just on Guitar Hero.
When you feel the most alone.
No one to bring you ice cream.
No one to make you chicken noodle soup.
No one to hug you and kiss you and tell you that they'll take care of you.
No one to make sure you take your flu meds on time.
No one to tuck you in.
No one to take your temperature.

Realized Molly Mon Ice Cream opens until 11pm
Hopped in car immediately and picked up Tiger
Happiness ensues as we savored the flavor
Dropped Tiger back off at her home

Evidence:
Throat is getting worse and feeling crappier but I feel much better now with ice cream.
OK I'm going to not be a negative sap this evening and do something positive about my demise, then I'm going to workout (I'm choosing Yoga tonight).

Back when BB was going through her divorce with her ex, we took a trip to Disneyland. While waiting for our flight in the airport, I encouraged BB to start a list of requirements for her future Mr. Right. Here's mine!

- Intelligent - likes to learn and can banter with me in a friendly and fun way
- Smart - can talk with me about what he and I both do for a living and want to learn about what I do as well as teach me what he does (ideally, he and I would be in the same industry so we can geek out)
- Competitive with only himself so he's not a dick if he lose to me at [fill in the blank]
- Humorous - naturally funny and enjoys making me laugh daily
- Happy, because he truly loves himself and is thrilled to be alive
- Spiritual, and wants to live life to the fullest (ideally, we'd both be Buddhist or adopts the Buddhist way of life)
- Unguarded, because how can anything go in and out of that thick wall around his heart?
- Confident - accepts and is honest about his strengths and challenges and strives to become a better person
- Affectionate - I really would like someone who enjoys doting on me this time around and isn't afraid to show it
- Intimate - Someone who wants to make love because it isn't just about coming. It is about speaking a language of love and showing it through physical love. Oh, and animalistic sex is good too. I just don't want someone who doesnt' want sex cuz he's "had" me and is only into porn sex. (fuck that, it just means that you're boring and suck in bed and do not know how to really make love at a deeper emotional level and you'll always be looking for the next pussy and none of them will ever fulfill that void in your heart).

- I kinda have a thing for the wholesome all Amercian white boy ("I grew up on a farm but live in the city now" look)

- I'm a sucker for blue eyes but as long as I like the eyes we're all good here (you can tell almost everything about the person by looking deeply into their eyes)
- Someone who has a good amount of facial hair if he decides to grow it. Me loves me 5 'o clock shadow
- Makes as much or more than me in income (sorry boys, this one I learned the hard way and I'm not willing to be the sugar momma any more cuz most guys are insecure about the girl making more $$ than them)

OK, I had a late start ummm yesterday late afternoon on painting my living room upstairs. Additionally, I hadn't anything to eat since breakfast at Denny's in the morning but fed myself 3/4 bottle of fine wine (McMannis Cab) with a few small green cucumbers while I took on the task of colorizing my living room. I started with a 2" small brush to finish the edges but decided that I felt so Zen with it that I just continued with using that tiny ass brush until the room was completed. That took about 10 hours (about 6 hours longer than if I had actually used a roller too). But you know what? I was practicing living in the moment techniques and I truly enjoyed painting my living room. :) Yaye!! No more school bus yellow in that room. Next up, the dreaded hallway (also school bus yellow).
Crap. I gotta sleep now. I have only 2.5 hours before I have to get up for work! Oy.
