I accidentally busted my iPhone over the weekend by dropping it on the concrete road. The volume control button is effed up and there is a giant crack on the top of the phone. I took it to the Apple store earlier today. The two gals that helped me answer some questions said I'd have to pay $199 for a replacement phone. $199!!!!! Because it's not due to normal wear and tear. OK fine... so I went up to the Genius Bar guys and one of them helped me. He did not charge me and gave me a brand new iPhone! :D WHOA!!!

I heart nerds.

Ugh. There were actual sparks shooting out of the tiny rip of my Apple power adapter. Lame and scary. I had to buy a new one online just now. The Apple brand one is $79.99 - so expensive. Luckily, I found a knock off for $24.99. Call me cheap, but I didn't want to spend that much money on something that ripped so easily again. I love Apple but this is something they need to improve on :)

I'm feeling very loving toward myself today and decided to just go ahead and gift myself something I've been wanting for a while now.... It'll be here between Nov 7 - Nov 12 :) Yaye!

I'm worth it and I know it (and it's sweetness that I don't have to prove my own worth to me). Now I get to figure out how to fit going to the real gym (a super high end gym that I have membership to that's paid for by my work) as part of my weekly routine in addition to working out at home. Yaye! Talk about motivation to get back on track and perhaps train for a 1/2 marathon next year and maybe a 1/2 iron man the year after (I used to be on the swim team and an avid biker). Happy 2 months early birthday me! Yaye me for spoiling me (for once)! OK time to work out, shower, and keep on innovate with more wireframes for work! Go me!
